During his tenure, he received Employee of the Year awards from the State and recognition of excellence from the Social Security Administration, where he worked as an Associate Commissioner.
More recently, Mike served as the Eastern Regional Director for NASPO ValuePoint and the Maine State Director of ARPA Procurements. He is also a contributing author to 'State & Local Government Procurement - A Practical Guide' (2019), one of the foremost resources on public purchasing.
